Service Description

Our pets are our family, our dearest friends. They are sensitive to energy and very receptive to reiki- they love it! Reiki is so beneficial for animals because since they can't verbally tell us exactly what they are feeling, the reiki energy automatically goes where it is needed without having to rely on any diagnosis of disease or injury. I always include you, the guardian, because we are so energetically entangled with our pets. They often take on dis-ease to relieve us because they love us so. Please do not allow this to make you feel guilty; it is just how it is; and all the more reason to be conscious of how we affect everything and everyone around us, and therefore should always take the best care of ourselves that we can. The reiki session for you is intended to bring you emotional peace, clarity and balance, as well as positivity and enormous love. I have been certified in Animal Reiki which has given me specialized training in how to deal with different animals' personalities and behaviors, as well as how to work with them respectfully, safely and effectively. This includes dogs, cats, birds, small animals, horses, farm animals, and wildlife. An hour is designated for the whole session including reiki for your pet as well as for you. Your treatment will be a brief 5-10 minutes, and the rest of the time will be focused on the animal. Your pet is in control of the session and will determine when it is complete for them. Please ensure that after the session the animal is allowed to rest and have plenty of water. In the case of horses, please schedule session at a time where the horse will not be ridden or trained for at least a few hours following the session.
